They have a nice standard and metric nut/bolt selection which is very helpful. We have rented everything from car trailers, dump trailers, bob cats, tillers, tables/chairs, party supplies and more here. Marc and family are always very helpful and Friendly, Super nice people and we highly recommend stopping in!

Every time I’ve shopped here over the years I’ve received top notch helpful service. It’s my “go to” hardware store for replacing specific size nuts & bolts, and for renting equipment I want to use, but not buy.

Absolutely worth the drive from Forest Lake. They have everything you could possibly need (way better selection than the box stores), plus locally owned. And very cute doggos.

This store is awesome! Mark and family are amazing at customer service. It's got that small town atmosphere. They always have what I need whether it's nuts and bolts or equipment to rent. Decent prices too. It's not just a place to get hardware It's an experience.

I was on a LONG (85mi) bike ride and this was about half way. I noticed my chain and gears were starting to squeak, so I figured I'd stop for help. Both young men working were really nice and let me use some lubricant! I was also hungry and thirsty so I bought a tea and a water, a Snickers and a beef & cheese stick. Totally great experience!

I've been going to Chisago Hardware for a couple years now and from the beginning it's been great. This family owned shop is packed literally floor to ceiling with just about everything imaginable and every one of them there knows where everything is, it's quite impressive! I always check Chisago Hardware before going to Home Depot or Menards and prices are pretty comparable. So if you're ever in the area give them a try you won't be disappointed.

Post hole digger great, made quick work of fence post holes! I suggest using the cantilever unit. Maneuverability and balance.
